Each 11ml size bottle contains 120 applications which is sufficient for a small area. For a larger area we recommend the 33ml size bottle with over 360 applications. 

No, most of our products are gluten-free! 

With the exception of: H-Psoriasis Formula, H-Varicose Veins Formula, and H-Cracked Heels Formula as these formulas contain wheatgerm and are not gluten-free. Each product is manufactured separately.
